Liz works primarily with three groups of people:
- Generation Y young adults who are beginning to realize that the path they carved for themselves in college isn’t fitting now that they’re working.
- Left-brained thinkers – typically engineers and other technically minded people who yearn to see things as multi-color, instead of just in black and white.
- Engineering and other technical executives who want to learn how to bring awareness to the work environments they create and to intentionally design positive environments that contribute to the success of each individual employee and the business as a whole.
My strategy is to help teach you to elicit your inner voice to identify a deep, truthful vision; transform your vision into manageable, yet challenging goals; and clear obstacles so that your goals can easily be put into action on a daily basis.
