As a professional working closely with individuals, leaders, and organizations in a wide variety of settings for over 30 years, I have developed the intuitive skills to help them see their true selves, capture a vision of where they really want to be, and empower them to get there. With a doctorate in personal and organizational effectiveness, I have enjoyed coaching 100s all over the U.S., Asia, Europe and the South Pacific.
No stranger to the pain of loss and failure (having gone through job loss and divorce), I have personal experience with pushing through the difficulties of change and growth to achieve greater fulfillment, meaning and effectiveness in my life. My understanding of life’s challenges and obstacles enables me with genuine empathy to help people flourish in their personal and professional growth.
I grew up in Asia and have traveled extensively since. So I embrace with passion the values of diversity, inclusiveness and adventure. Public speaking and writing on the topics of my expertise - personal growth, spirituality, and organizational effectiveness - energize me.
