Ken is a certified Leadership and Executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and has been coaching full time since 2006. Ken established the Koval Consulting Group at that time to focus on serving the needs of IT leaders, primarily through individual coaching, but also through group coaching and training.
Ken’s successful career in and around IT spans over 25 years and involves leadership positions throughout the IT world. Throughout this period Ken has experienced and overcome many of the challenges common to the IT profession and is well positioned as a coach to facilitate success for leaders in this space.
