Nikki Anderson has founded her business of coaching and teaching on the philosophy that in order to thrive in one's life, you must first create a strong foundation. She primarily focuses on "radical self-care", which, by her definition means making one's life and values a top priority everyday. This concept goes far beyond eating well and taking care of your body but also includes learning strong communication skills, being a leader in your own life and learning what it means to truly live in abundance. Nikki integrates her study of psychology, quantum physics, nutritional education, co-active coaching techniques, the12-step principles, and her corporate business experience into her client work. She aims to help you reconnect with your highest values, explore and define your life's purpose, and take action in your life to begin manifesting your vision. In addition, Nikki will work with you to outline strategies and tools to keep you stay committed, consistent and accountable to your goals. She believes that one of the keys to empowering yourself and realizing your true potential is not only letting go of what is holding you back, but also recognizing your strengths and capitalizing on what is working in your life right now so that you're not perpetually waiting to get "there".
Nikki holds nearly a decade of experience in business, psychology, health and nutrition. She studied Nutrition and Psychology at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and received a Masters in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Nikki is also the Program Director for SF Coaches, is a member of The International Coaching Federation, and is a Certified Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Nikki's has worked with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs and corporate teams of various sizes. Representative clients include: Banana Republic, Keller Williams, Zephyr Realty, The San Francisco Bay Club, North American Title Company, CMEA Ventures, New Union Work Systems and Principle Builders.
