See the truth of who you are by learning how to recognize, acknowledge and speak your true pains. Thereby beginning the healing process.
Melissa helps women pull their hearts out and see the truth of who they are. These women, who often appear as if they "have it all together," desperately crave love and acceptance. But this love and acceptance can only come from within. Melissa works with them by showing them their heart, awakening their soul and helping them shine brightly. And when they find this love within, they find their light, their essence.

Understanding the Role of Community in Your Clients’ Success
Presenter: Shasta Nelson
According to the recent research, with a community of friends, a person has a much higher success rate in achieving goals for life transformation, experiencing positive emotions and achieving greater emotional and physical health. No other factor impacts our growth and health as much as our relationships with others.
Why should friendship be a part of your coaching conversations? How can we better ensure the success of our clients on any issue by paying attention to their relationships? How do we help define friendship and community for them, honoring their various temperaments, styles, genders and life experiences? How can they best evaluate their community and ensure that it’s fostering their success, serving them and their goals? What practical ways can one’s community be developed or enhanced? How can you improve your coaching business by following the values of friendship?
