Would it Be Alright if Coaching Got Easier?

People who come to coaches are motivated, talented and intelligent! So why do they find it so difficult to take authentic action toward their goals and dreams? Whether as coaches or clients, we all naturally encounter difficulty when we start out for whatever is important to us. It's called "trouble at the border."

Discover not only why this phenomenon is inevitable, but more importantly how to help clients to keep going with clarity, focus, ease and grace. Uncover ways to "normalize" this experience so that coaching takes place effortlessly, both for the coach and the client.

Included in this presentation are strategies for using your clients' Life's Intentions to keep them anchored as they put their ideas, dreams and vision into physical reality. In addition, you'll be introduced to a four-step approach that can help your clients shift the focus of their attention from self-limiting internal dialogues to the promise of possibility. From this interactive presentation participants will learn:

  • The six most important forms of energy we are here to use to achieve goals and dreams
  • Specific strategies to uncover the self-limiting internal conversations that diffuse their clients' energy and prevent them from achieving what they desire.
  • Methods to help move their clients beyond their customary limits toward meaningful goals.
  • A specific coaching practice used to help clients focus on what is important to them.
