  • Hold the overview/big picture with the President of what's going on with SF Coaches, the Board and membership
  • Partner with the President on strategy, visioning, and brainstorming
  • Actively support fulfillment of short-term goals and the long-term strategic plan, providing back-up and ensuring follow through
  • Remain up-to-date with the Policy & Procedures Manual and the By-Laws and guide revisions as the board grows and evolves

  • Maintain files of all financial documents
  • Prepare a financial statement for the SFC monthly board meetings

ICF Liaison

  • Serve as the official go-between with the ICF for SF Coaches
  • Stay current with ICF member and chapter offerings and disseminate information to the board and members as appropriate
  • Stay current with the ICF website and its offerings and make recommendations to the board regarding their use
  • Stay current with ICF procedures and ensure that SF Coaches is in compliance
  • Serve as an information resource to membership and the Board regarding ICF matters
Public Relations

  • Increase awareness of the many benefits of partnering with a professional coach
  • Connect the communicty with local coaches
  • Make a difference in the community by creating successful partnerships with businesses and organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area
