Quarterly Mentor Calls are available only to members of Bay Area Coaches ICF chapters (SF Coaches, East Bay, North Bay, Silicon Valley, Sacramento Coaches).
Sandra Swenson-Scott is Professional Certified Coach and the owner of Clear Vision Coaching, dedicated to Transformational Career and Business coaching. Sandra has over 25 years of experience as an educator, trainer, and business professional in the fields of human resource development and business management. She has been a Certified Life and Business Coach since 2002 when she finished her coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a coaching school certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Sandra earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through ICF in 2007. In addition to running her own coaching business Sandra was a coach trainer and mentor for 7 years.
Her mission is to assist her clients to step into their power, and love the work they do. Her inside-out coach approach helps her clients uncover their true purpose, balance their energy, create a profession that manifests their passion, and bring joy into daily life. She works with her clients to help them navigate change and consciously co-create their lives. Once the inner thoughts, emotions, and motivators are identified, the client is ready to move forward into creating goals, priorities, and action plans.
Sandra provides individual coaching, group coaching, and women’s workshops. In addition she does presentations and workshops designed for the workplace on topics such as goal setting, time management, stress management, leadership development, and teamwork. Her passion is to help people grow into the grandest vision they hold for themselves.
About Keiko Hsu, ACC Keiko Hsu, CPC, ACC is Founder of Wings for WomenTM and a Change Agent & Certified Life Coach/Business Coach with 20+ years leadership experience in the corporate world. Inspired by her own personal reinvention experiences, she helps professional and executive women navigate big transitions in their lives (such as divorce), overcome mental blocks, achieve major goals, and reinvent themselves to create more fulfilling, joyful lives that are aligned with their passions and core values.
As a former executive at General Electric Company, she has led sales, marketing, training, customer satisfaction, and Lean/Six Sigma quality management roles in various GE business units and HQ. For the past 10 years, her focus and passion has been change management … mobilizing and leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enable business development and growth.
Keiko is a Board Member and Co-Director of Programs of SF Coaches, and a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She holds a Civil Engineering degree from Duke University. Born in Tokyo, she grew up on U.S. military bases in Okinawa and Japan. She was the first person in her family to immigrate to the United States.
What’s the Mission?
The purpose of the call is to answer questions and help navigate the sea of newness. For all newer coaches, this is an hour devoted solely to you and your concerns.
How does it Work?
Each call features a seasoned coach, someone with years of experience who is making a living and a difference as a coach.
The format is pure Q & A, with participants coaches asking the questions, and the seasoned coach providing the answers.
Questions might include: How important is a niche, how did you get started, how do I pick out a coaching school, and anything else you want to know.
Who may attend?
Members of all five northern California ICF chapters are invited to join the calls and learn from those who’ve been there and done that.
When are the calls?
Unless otherwise specified, the calls are held on the last Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July and October, from 12 – 1 PM Pacific Time.
What is the cost?
Calls are free as a membership benefit to both SF Coaches members and members of the Bay Area Coaches ICF chapters (EBC, NBC, SCVF, Sacramento).
