In response to popular requests, we’ve added a Relationship-Building segment to our Coaches chapter gatherings. It’s a structured way to develop a sense of community with other coaches by getting to know who they are, what they do, and how we can all help and support each other. Don’t miss it! Following the Relationship-Building session will be our Speakers Program for the evening:

Practical Tools for Effective Team Coaching
Organizations are forming teams faster than ever, under pressure to do more with less. Unfortunately most teams lack the fundamental know-how of working effectively as a team, and the result is poor performance and a high stress culture. There is a crying need for team coaching today.
There is a premise that the team is a living system, more than the sum of the individual parts. The system has rules of behavior that are mostly unspoken, implicit, and yet strictly observed. Understanding how the system works and how to work with the team as a system is fundamental.
In this lively, interactive presentation, Phil will:
· Show the opportunity/need for team coaching
· Present a model for effective team performance
· Reveal the simplest areas to begin with that will have big value for teams
· Provide exercises or action steps coaches can use with teams
