You’ve been working hard building your practice, and suddenly it happens -- you are turning away new clients, your income plateaus, and being “just a coach” is no longer challenging. How do you continue to practice as a coach year after year, but still allow for business growth and personal development? How do you increase your income when every hour is already booked? Find out how to plan NOW for a mature coaching practice that enables you to keep expanding your business while continuing your own growth. Don’t let a full practice catch you by surprise!

If you’re like most coaches, you’ve spent a great deal of time working to get clients, but very little figuring out what to do once your practice is full. By the time you realize that a mature coaching practice often needs to look very different from a new one, you may already be locked into a schedule packed with client appointments, and no time or energy left over for building other income streams, developing programs and products, continuing your own professional development, or giving back to your community.

By coming to this gathering, you will be better able to plan for your continued growth and development in the following ways:
•    Prepare yourself now to manage a full practice -- and avoid burnout
•    Consider multiple options for continued business expansion and personal development
•    Design a long-range vision for your practice
•    Choose specific action steps to begin implementing your vision
